As the third quarter of 2022 wrapped up, the Idle RPG category on Android showcased varying performance metrics across the top applications in the United States. Sensor Tower's data provides a comprehensive look at how these games fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users.

Hero Wars: Alliance saw its downloads peak in mid-July with around 19k new users before a gradual decline to around 15k by the end of September. The weekly active users followed a similar pattern, reaching a high of over 78k in early July but settling closer to 65k in the final week. Revenue trends showed some volatility, with a notable spike to approximately $520k at the end of July.

Idle Heroes experienced its highest revenue in mid-July at around $136k, with a slight decrease to around $90k by late September. The game's downloads saw a peak of around 4.5k in the same period, but dipped to approximately 1.7k towards the quarter's close. Weekly active users started at around 25k and ended the quarter slightly lower at around 22k.

For Idle Angels: Goddess' Warfare, revenue saw a peak in late August at about $91k, while downloads and weekly active users experienced their highest points at the start of August with over 6k downloads and approximately 14k active users. However, these numbers saw a decline with around $47k in revenue, 4.7k downloads, and roughly 12k active users by the end of September.

Ulala: Idle Adventure had a remarkable surge in downloads in late August with almost 46k new installs, which correlated with an increase in weekly active users to around 96k. However, by the end of September, both downloads and active users normalized to around 583 and 40k, respectively. Revenue trends were more consistent, peaking at nearly $74k in early September before concluding the quarter at around $42k.

Blade Idle showed a steady decline in downloads from around 3k in early July to zero by mid-September. Weekly active users also decreased from approximately 12k at the start of the quarter to about 7k by the end. Revenue saw a high of around $73k in early July but ended the quarter at about $21k.
